Postage costs

• Free shipping from €75 within Belgium and the Netherlands. With an order of less than €75 you pay €5.95 shipping costs.

Follow up order

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. With this number you can track your order on the Bpost website.

Delivery time

Orders are normally delivered within 48 hours. We always ship within 24 hours, but delays can always occur due to busy couriers.

No one is home when the delivery is made

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Bpost / PostNL will leave a note.

I have not received my package

Holidays or weekend days may delay delivery. However, if the postal courier came by when you were not at home and you do not find a letter from Bpost / PostNL in your mailbox, then something may have gone wrong. Then contact us on +32(0)468 06 43 94 or via info@modespot.be

An item is missing from my order.

There is something wrong with an item in my order.

All our products undergo strict quality control before they are shipped. If there is a problem, please contact us within 7 days of receipt on +32(0)468 06 43 94 or via info@modespot.be .

You have not collected your order and will be returned to us.

If your order was not picked up by you or is returned because you entered an incorrect address, we are forced to charge a cost of € 5.95 for this. This amount will be deducted from the amount refunded for the goods.

Return

Return costs

When returning a product via Bpost, PostNL or DPD, you pay the shipping costs yourself. If you come and exchange in one of our Modespot stores, it is completely free.

Will I get my money back?

As soon as we have received your package, we will process it within 14 days.

If we have received your return within 14 days , we will refund the amount (excluding shipping costs) to the card you used to pay online.

If you paid with a gift card/voucher, you will not receive any money, but again a voucher that you can use for your next purchase.

If your return was delivered to us later than 14 days, you will not receive money but a voucher that is valid for 1 year instead. We can no longer accept returns after 20 days. This will then be returned at your expense or you can collect your return from us.

If you have paid part of your order with a voucher, you will receive another voucher in return.

Digital purchases, jewelery and/or gift vouchers cannot be returned.

Return an item

Store:

This can be done in our store in De Pinte or in Ghent within 14 days of delivery. Announce your exchange first via email to info@modespot.be stating order number. Only items that are in the original and undamaged condition, together with all accessories, invoice and return form can be exchanged or returned.
Collections in the store can no longer be exchanged or returned if they have not been collected 14 days after ordering.

Via mail:

You can also return articles within 14 days after delivery via Bpost, PostNL or DPD to MODESPOT, Baron de Gieylaan 35, 9840 De Pinte. Notify us of this return by e-mail at info@modespot.be stating order number. When returning, you pay the shipping costs yourself. After receipt of the return shipment, we will refund the amount paid within 14 days. Only articles that are in the original and undamaged condition, together with all accessories, invoice and return form can be taken back.

Discounted items at SALE (official sales period, summer from 1 to 31 July and winter from 1 to 31 January) cannot be returned . However, SEASONAL SALE (discounts throughout the year) can be returned or exchanged.

Exchange purchased items

Store:

Within 14 days after delivery you can exchange the order free of charge in our store in De Pinte or in Ghent. Mail this to info@modespot.be stating order number. Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, invoice and return form can be exchanged.

Via mail:

If you want to exchange via the internet, return the item within 14 days and make a new order online.

You can send back with Bpost, PostNL or DPD to MODESPOT, Baron de Gieyalaan 35, 9840 De Pinte. Notify us of this return by e-mail at info@modespot.be . Only items that are in the original and undamaged packaging, together with all accessories, invoice and return form can be exchanged.

Modespot does not send exchanges by post. If you want a different size or color, you will have to place a new order yourself.
